The thesis defines and uses Floer theory with coefficients in high-rank local systems to study the topology and intersections of monotone Lagrangians in complex projective space. Of particular interest are so-called Twistor Lagrangians, which are Lagrangians compatible with the twistor fibration over quaternionic projective space.
